Families who submit this form and are subsequently offered enrollment will be eligible for a 10% tuition discount if they:

• Receive an offer of enrollment from CSEA, and
• Execute a formal enrollment agreement, and
• Submit the required enrollment deposit no later than June 1, 2026.
• The tuition discount applies only to the applicable school-year tuition and is contingent upon timely completion of the enrollment process.

This incentive is available for a limited number of students and may be offered on a first-come, first-served basis once enrollment opens.

The tuition incentive:

• Does not guarantee admission or placement
• Is subject to grade-level availability, program launch, and regulatory approval
• May not be combined with other discounts or financial aid unless expressly approved by CSEA
• May be modified or withdrawn if the school does not open or if program offerings change
• No tuition or deposit is due at the time of submission of this form. Any deposit obligation arises only after a formal offer of enrollment is made and a written enrollment agreement is executed.
